舒利迭治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病缓解期疗效观察

目的观察吸入舒利迭对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)缓解期患者的治疗效果。方法将62例COPD缓解期患者随机分为2组。观察组(30例)在对照组(32例)治疗的基础上加用舒利迭吸入。于治疗前、治疗后6个月行肺功能检查、临床症状问卷调查及体征检查评分,观察治疗期间病情急性加重次数。结果观察组在治疗6个月后肺功能FEV1、FEV1%、FEV1/FVC、临床症状评分显著改善(P值分别<0.05、<0.05、<0.01、<0.001),而对照组无明显改善(P值均>0.05),且治疗组治疗期间急性加重次数较对照组明显减少(P<0.05)。结论舒利迭可改善COPD缓解期患者的临床症状、肺功能,并减少急性加重次数。

Effect of seretide on stable chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases

Objective To observe the curative effects of inhaling seretide on patients with stable chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases(COPD).Methods 62 patients with stable COPD were divided into observation group and control group randomly.32 patients in control group received conventional therapy,and 30 patients in observation group received both inhaling seretide and conventional therapy.The parameters of pulmonary function examination,scores on the clinical symptom questionnaire,scores on physical sign checks and the frequencies of acute exacerbation were evaluated before and after six-month treatment.Results There were significant differences of observation group after six-month treatment on the pulmonary functional parameters including FEV1,FEV1 in the anticipation value(%),FEV1/FVC and scores on clinical symptom (P<0.05,P<0.05,P<0.01,P<0.001),while no significant difference of control group was found(all P>0.05).Compared with control group,the frequencies of acute exacerbation of observation group were reduced more significantly (P<0.05).Conclusion Seretide can improve the clinical symptom and pulmonary function,and reduce the frequencies of acute exacerbation of patients with stable COPD.
