健脾化痰方治疗2型糖尿病的疗效观察及对同型半胱氨酸水平的影响

目的观察中西医结合治疗痰湿型2型糖尿病（T2DM）的临床疗效及对同型半胱氨酸（Hcy）水平的影响。方法将59例T2DM患者随机分为对照组与治疗组。对照组29例患者在糖尿病饮食、运动等基础治疗同时，加用美吡哒与二甲双胍；中药组30例在对照组治疗基础上加用中药健脾化痰方治疗。观察两组患者治疗后总体疗效、血糖临床疗效、中医证候疗效及Hcy变化情况。结果两组患者治疗后，血糖疗效方面比较无显著性差异（P〉0．05）；中医证候疗效及总体疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0．01）。两组治疗后Hcy水平均显著降低，与对照组比较有显著性差异（P〈0．01）。结论健脾化痰方与西药可以协同改善临床症状及Hcy水平，能延缓糖尿病的发展。

Observation of Efficacy of Jianpi Huatan Fang on Diabetes Mellitus II and Impact on Homocysteine Level

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of integrative Chinese and western medicine on diabetes mellitus Ⅱ （ DM2 ） of phlegm damp type and the impact on homocysteine level （Hcy）. Methods 59 cases of DM2 of phlegm damp type were randomized into control group and treatment group. 29 cases in control group were treated with minidiab and metformin besides basic treatment with diabetic diet and physical exercise. 30 cases in treatment group were treated with Jianpi Huatan Fang（ formula for strengthening the spleen and resolving phlegm）on the basis of the treatment as control group. Results There was no signifi- cant difference in the effect on blood glucose after treatment between two groups（P 〉 0.05 ）. The efficacy on syndromes of Chinese medicine and total clinical efficacy in treatment group were superior to those in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Hcy level was reduced significantly after treatment in two groups and the significant difference presented in comparison with control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Jianpi Huatan Fang and western medicines may improve clinical symptoms and Hcy level coordinately and present quite good efficacy on delaying the development of diabetes melfitus.
