| 摘 要： | 目的 研究血液灌流对严重海洛因中毒患者的治疗作用。方法 严重海洛因中毒患者26例，分为血液灌流组（15例）和未血液灌流组（11例），研究血液灌流对临床症状和血药浓度的影响。结果 血液灌流组昏迷时间、呼吸机使用时间均显著少于未血液灌流组，两组患者均无死亡。随着时间的延长，血液灌流组和未血液灌流组的血药浓度均显著降低，但血液灌流组血药浓度降低显著快于未血液灌流组。结论 血液灌流可显著加快血中海洛因的清除。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the therapeutic effects of hemoperfusion on patients with severe heroin intoxication. Methods 26 patients with severe heroin intoxication were divided into hemoperfusion group and non - hemoperfusion group. The effects of hemoperfusion on manifestations of poisoning and the concentration of heroin in blood were studied before and after hemoperfusion . Resuits All patients recovered in spite of hemoperfusion or non - hemoperfusion. Compared with non - hemoperfusion group, the time of coma and respiratory support, and the concentration of herein in blood in hemoperfusion group significantly decreased. Conclusion Hemoperfusion can remove heroin in blood more quickly and improve clinical symptoms effectively. |
