摘    要:目的 探讨针刺内关穴对家兔急性心肌缺血的延迟保护作用及和腺苷酸的关系。方法 电针家兔内关穴 2 0min ,2 4h后结扎家兔左冠状动脉前降支 2 0min ,再灌注 4 0min ,观察家兔心电图STⅡ 及心肌组织腺苷酸含量的变化。结果 缺血再灌注模型组在冠脉结扎后STⅡ段明显抬高 ,腺苷酸 (ATP ,ADP ,AMP)含量显著下降 ;针刺内关保护组腺苷酸含量无明显下降(P >0 .0 5 ) ,与空白组接近。结论 电针内关穴对心肌缺血具有 2 4h的延迟保护作用 ,其机制与腺苷酸参与有密切关系。

Abstract:Objective It is to explore the delayed protection of acupuncture of Neiguan from acute myocardial ischemia and its relation to adenine nucleotides. Methods Rabbits were acupunctured on Neiguan for twenty minutes. Twenty-four hours after, their anterior descending branches of left coronary artery were ligated for twenty minutes. After forty minutes of reperfusion, the changes of their electrocardiogram ST Ⅱ and the content of adenine nucleotides in myocardium were observed. Results In ischemia reperfusion models, ST Ⅱ segment significantly raised and the content of adenine nucleotides (ATP, ADP, AMP) significantly decreased after ischemia reperfusion, whereas the content of adenine nucleotides had no obvious decrease (P<0.05) and it was an approximation to that in blank group (P>0.05). Conclusion Acupuncture of Neiguan has twenty-four hours delayed protection from acute myocardial ischemia and it is related to adenine nucleotides.
