| 摘 要： | 门诊药房是医院门诊服务系统的重要组成部分，同时也是提升医院门诊服务质量的关键环节之一。本文研究了流程管理理论在门诊管理和门诊药房管理中的应用，分析了门诊药房服务模式，讨论了门诊药房服务管理对门诊整体服务流程优化的影响。

| Abstract: | Outpatient pharmacy is an important component as well as a key link of improving service quality in outpatient department.In this paper,the application of process management theory in management of outpatient pharmacy and department of outpatient is studied.The service mode of outpatient pharmacy is analyzed and the effect of service of outpatient pharmacy on optimization of outpatient service process is discussed. |
