信阳市法定传染病网络直报及时性分析

目的通过对信阳市2007年传染病网络直报及时性的分析,及时发现问题,采取相应措施,进一步提高全市传染病的网络直报质量。方法选择报告及时性指标,对2007年信阳市《疾病监测信息报告管理系统》报告的甲、乙、丙类传染病报告卡进行分析。结果信阳市各县(区)以及不同直报单位传染病报告及时性差异较大。光山县和商城县未及时报告率较高,分别为41.99%和32.45%。县级及以上医疗机构未及时报告率是13.40%,报告及时性最好。乡镇卫生院和结核病防治所未及时报告率分别为23.65%、30.47%。疾病预防控制中心传染病及时报告性最差,未及时报告率高达41.98%。结论通过缩短诊断到报告的时间、重点监督县(区)级疾病预防控制中心的直报工作、定期开展评估等手段进一步提高信阳市传染病网络直报的及时性。

Analysis on the timeliness of diret network report of notifiable diseases in Xinyang city

Objective This study was designed to analyse the timeliness of the direct network report of infectious diseases in Xin- Yang City in 2007 so that appropriate measures were taken based on the problems found out to further improve the quality of the epidemic reporting. Methods Report cards of A, B and C infectious diseases in XinYang City in 2007 were obtained from Information Management System for Disease Surveillance and Report were analyzed by useing of the target of the report timeliness. Results The timeliness of the report information of infectious diseases of different counties and different reporting units in Xinyang City was uneven. The ratio of the report timeliness in Guangshan County and Shangcheng County were 41.99 % and 32.45 % respectively. The report timeliness of infectious diseases was the best for all the hospitals at county or above levels in Xinyang City and the ratio was 13.40 %. They were 23.65 % and 30.47 % in the township health centers and the Antituberculosis stations. It was poor in the centers for disease prevention and control（41.98 % ）. Conclusion In order to further improve the report timeliness , the measures that reducing the time from diagnosis to report, supervising the work in the centers for disease prevention and control of every county, making regular quality evaluations of the direct network report should be carried ont.
