2002—2007年三门峡市碘盐监测结果分析

摘    要:目的了解三门峡市碘盐状况,为进一步推动持续消除碘缺乏病工作提供科学依据。方法根据2001年《河南省碘盐监测方案》,第一层次每个批发企业每月按东、南、西、北、中5个方位抽取3834份盐样,按GB/T13025.7—1999,直接滴定法检测其含量;第二层次每县按东、南、西、北、中5个方位抽取9个乡,每个乡抽4个村,每个村抽取8户(8份盐样)检测其含碘量。结果20022007年检测第一层次碘盐426批次,批质量合格率94.13%,3834份,合格率为95.23%,盐碘均值为31.95mg/kg,2002年批合格率与2007年批合格率比较(P〈0.01),有显著性差异,2007年批合格率高于2002年批合格率;第二层次居民碘盐17038份,碘盐覆盖率99.29%,碘盐合格率95.29%,2002年居民碘盐合格率与2007年居民碘盐合格率比较(P〈0.01),有显著性差异。2007年居民碘盐合格率高于2002年居民碘盐合格率。合格碘盐食用率94.66%。结论三门峡市2007年三门峡市批发企业、居民户盐合格率均高于2002年,总体上处于碘缺乏病可持续消除状态。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the status of iodized salt in Sanmenxia City, and to provide scientific basis for consistently eliminating iodine deficiency diseases. Methods According to Iodized Salt Surveillance Scheme in Henan Province in 2001, the iodine content in 3,834 samples from east, west, south, north, and central directions monthly collected by each wholesale enterprise were detected by direct titration in accordance with GB/T 13025. 7 - 1999 at the first level of surveillance. Nine towns were selected from east, west, south, north, and central directions of each county, four villages selected from each county, and eight samples taken from each village, the iodine content in selected salt samples were detected at the second level of surveillance. Results During the period of 2002-2007, at the first level, 426 batches of 3,834 samples were detected, with a batch acceptance rate of 94.13 % and an average iodine salt of 31.95mg/kg, and the batch acceptance rate in 2002 was significantly different from that in 200? (P〈 0.01 ) with the latter higher than the former. At the second level, among the 17,038 detected samples, iodized salt samples accounted for 99.29% with an acceptance rate of 95.29%, and the iodized salt acceptance rate in 2002 was significantly different from that in 2007(P〈 0.01) with the latter higher than the former. The consumption rate of qualified iodized salt reached 94.66%. Conclusions The surveillance shows that the acceptance rates of iodized salt in Sanmenxia City at the first and second levels in 2007 are both higher than those in 2002, which indicate that the iodine deficiency diseases in Sanmenxia City can be consistently eliminated.
