彩色多普勒超声诊断肺栓塞的临床应用价值

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声诊断肺栓塞临床应用价值。方法对25例肺栓塞患者经胸超声心动图及下肢静脉超声检查结果进行回顾性分析。结果25例患者超声心动图检查中有4例超声心动图直接发现征象，5例结果正常，其余表现为急性肺源性心脏病与肺动脉高压的间接征象表现。下肢静脉检查中8例发现深静脉血栓，5例表现为静脉血流淤滞。结论彩色多普勒超声检查是急性肺栓塞诊断的重要方法之一。

The clinical value of Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis on pulmonary embolism

Objective To explore the clinical value of the color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis on pulmonary embolism. Methods 25 cases of pulmonary embolism in patients with transthoracic echocardiography and venous uhrasonography results were retrospectively analyzed. Results Four cases detected by echocardiography direc signs in 25 patients with ultrasound examination, and there were normal in five cases, and the rest were acute pulmonary heart disease and pulmonary hypertension in the performance of indirect signs. The deep vein thrombosis of low limbs was discovered in 8 cases with venous examination. The venous stenosis performance in 5 cases. Conclusions It is one of the important ways and has an important clinical significance by Color Doppler ultrasound imaging in the diagnosis of acute pulmonary embolism.
