纳米金刚石改性核树脂与三种纤维桩粘结的超微形态学研究

摘    要:目的:对比研究自行合成的改性纳米金刚石核树脂(UFD-C)和商品Luxa-Core(L-C)核树脂与石英纤维桩、玻璃纤维桩、碳纤维桩进行微拉伸粘结强度测试后试件的断裂类型,研究粘结界面和断裂面的超微形态特征,为临床应用提供参考。方法:选择UFD-C、L-C分别与石英纤维桩、玻璃纤维桩、碳纤维桩制作的微拉仲粘结试件各15个,用微拉仲仪进行微拉伸粘结强度测试,用体视显微镜观察断裂类型,用环境扫描观察粘结界面和断裂面的超微形态特点。结果:UFD-C、L-C核树脂与3种材料纤维桩断裂类型92%为粘结界面断裂,2种核树脂与3种纤维桩粘结面超微形态无明显差异。结论:纳米金刚石改性的核树脂(UFD-C)、Luxa-Core(L-C)核树脂与3种纤维桩的粘结面粘结良好,核树脂和纤维桩类型对断裂模式无明显影响。

Abstract:Objective: To evaluate the fracture mode and the micromorphology of the bonding unit of the microtensile bond specimens of two types of core build-up composite (Ultrafine Diamond Core, UFD-C, Luxa Core, L-C) to three types fiber post in vitro. Methods: Six experimental groups were used. 15 beam-shaped specimens per group were obtained, each specimen was loaded in tension until failure at either one of the two post/core interfaces presented in each stick. Each failed specimen was observed with optical microscope, and ESEM was used to observe the micromorphology of the bonding unit. Results: The adhesive failure was the most predominant mode of fracture. There was no significant difference between the ESEM micrographs of the fracture in the adhesive for the fiber post-resin unit. Conclusions: The bonding unit of two types of core build-up composite (Ultrafine Diamond Core, UFD-C, Luxa Core, L-C) to three types fiber post is good. There is no significant difference between the tracture mode of two types of core build-up composite to three types fiber post.
