胰岛素抵抗在脑梗死发病中的作用

目的 探讨胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症在脑梗死发病中的作用。方法 检测单纯性脑梗死(排除了高血压、冠心病、糖尿病、肥胖)41例和对照组 15例的血糖、血清胰岛素和血脂变化。结果脑梗死组(动脉粥样硬化性脑梗死组25例,腔隙性脑梗死组 16例)的胰岛素水平、I/G 及其曲线下面积均有显著性增高。结论 胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症可能是脑梗死的一个独立危险因素。

Role of insulin resistance in cerebral infarction

Objective This study was to clarify whether insulin resistance are causative factors in thecerebral infarction. Methods Fourty - one consecutive patients with cerebral infarction, Who werenormotensive, nondiabetic, not coronary heart disease, and not obese, were classified into two groups -atherothrombotic infarction(n = 25), lacunar infarction (n = 16)-based on clinical findings. brain imaging,Serum insulin, oral glucose tolerance test and lipid analyses were performed. Data were compared with those ofhealthy control subjects(n = 15). Results Compared with control subjects, the levels of serum insulin, insulin/glucose(I/G) were significantly higher in both groups consecutive patients. Conclusion Insulin resistace andhyperinsulinemia both may be one risk factor for cerebral infarction.
