疏血通促进神经功能恢复的机制探讨

目的探讨疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死促进神经功能恢复的机制.方法选择63例急性脑梗死病人,随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例.治疗组应用疏血通注射液治疗,对照组应用速碧林注射液治疗,两组内科常规治疗相同.结果治疗组与对照组有效率分别为90.63%和90.32%(P＞0.05),两组间治疗前后的神经功能缺损积分值比较,有统计学意义(P＜0.01);两组间治疗后的神经功能恢复比较,无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死与速碧林注射液有同等的临床疗效,能促进肢体神经功能恢复,降低致残率,减轻残疾程度.

To Explore the Mechanism of Neurological Function Improved by Shuxuetong Injection in Treating Patients with Acute Cerebral Infarction

objective To explore the effect of Shuxuetong injection in treating patients with acute cerebral infarction and its mechanism.Methods Sixth-three cases of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group (32 cases )and control group (31 cases). Treatment group were treated withxhu Xuetong injection. The control group were treated with Subilin injection . And two groups were treated with routine therapy.Results The effective rates were 90.63% and 90.32% in treatment group and control group,Its difference was no significant (P>0.05);Hyponeuria scores is significantly difference (P<0.01)before and after treatment;neurological function improved by two group after treatment was no signigicant different (P>0.05).Conclusion It is identical clinical effect that the Shuxuetong injection and the Subilin injection in treating the patients with acute cerebral infarction.It can improve member neurological function , fall handicap rate, extenuate release handicap level.
