| 摘 要： | 大肠癌为常见的恶性肿瘤,细胞凋亡调控失常在其发生和发展中起着重要作用。近年来,随着对大肠癌与细胞凋亡相关机制研究的不断深入,诱导细胞凋亡治疗成为大肠癌治疗的一个新的研究方向。该文就大肠癌与细胞凋亡及诱导凋亡治疗的相关研究进展进行综述。

| Abstract: | Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant neoplasms,and apoptotic dysfunction plays an important role in its tumorigenesis and metastasis.Recently,much has been understood about the mechanism of apoptotic dysfunction,and apoptosis-oriented treatment has emerged as a new strategy.This paper reviews the research advances in colorectal cancer,apoptosis and apoptosis-oriented treatment. |
