奥美拉唑预防哮喘患者糖皮质激素所致消化道症状的疗效分析

目的评价奥美拉唑对哮喘患者长期使用糖皮质激素所致消化道症状的疗效。方法对70例诊断为哮喘并长期使用糖皮质激素的患者随机分成3组,分别使用奥美拉唑胶囊、雷尼替丁胶囊或安慰剂口服,对比观察出现消化道症状的发生率。结果使用奥美拉唑组患者的消化道症状发生率低于使用雷尼替丁组及安慰剂组。结论奥美拉唑对预防哮喘患者长期使用糖皮质激素所致的消化道症状疗效显著。

Effects of Omeprazole on preventing digestive tract symptom in asthmatic patients with long-term use of glucocorticoid

To evaluate the therapeutic effects of Omeprazole on treating the digestive tract symptoms of asthmatic patients who had a history of long-term using glucocorticoid.Methods Seventy patients,diagnosed as asthma and with a long-term history of using glucocorticoid,were assigned into 3 groups randomly.Omeprazole,Ranitidine or placebo was administered to the 3 groups respectively to compare the incidence rate of the digestive tract symptoms.Results The group treated with Omeprazole had obviously lower incidence rate of digestive tract symptoms than the other two groups.Conclusion Omeprazole is substantially effective to preclude the digestive tract symptoms caused by long-term using glucocorticoid in asthmatic patients.
