肾综合征出血热检测结果分析

摘    要:目的:掌握全省肾综合征出血热(HFRS)动物间疫情动态变化,为制定防制对策提供依据。方法:选择监测点开展宿主动物调查,测定鼠密度和带毒率,采集病人血清进行分型鉴定。结果:室外和室内平均鼠密度为10.0%。其中野外鼠密度为10.8%,居民区为9.0%。开化县鼠密度最高,达到14.5%。在捕获的室内鼠中,褐家鼠为优势鼠种,占75.87%,其次为小家鼠;在捕获的室外鼠中,黑线姬鼠为优势鼠种,占74.44%,其次为黄毛鼠。黑线姬鼠带毒率为5.21%,褐家鼠带毒率为4.18%。临床确诊病人的血清阳性率为67.8%,恢复期血清分型鉴定,姬鼠(Ⅰ)型病人占60.91%,家鼠(Ⅱ)型病人占32.51%,另有6.58%的病人未分型。健康人群隐性感染率为3.58%。结论:我省属于以姬鼠(Ⅰ)型为主的混合型HFRS疫区,鼠密度和带毒率仍然较高,需要加强防治。

Abstract:Objective: To study the characters of dynamic variation and take preventive measures against the epidemic hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) in Zhejiang province. Methods:Hosts animals in surveillance area were investigated, and the density and the ratios of mouse which carried the virus were detected, then the sera of the patients were collected to test.Results:The average density of mouse was 10 percent no matter which was indoor or outdoor. In the field and residential area, the density of mouse accounted for 10.8 percent and 9.0 percent, respectively. It was up to 14.5 percent in Kaihua county. Rattus norvegicus took the first place (75.87%) in the trapped mice indoor, the second was Mus musculus. But the density of Apodemus agrarius was 74.44 percent outdoor and ranked first, the next was R. losea. Moreover, the ratio of carried virus was 5.21 percent in Apodemus agrarius and 4.18 percent in R. norvegicus. The positive incidence of serum in the clinical diagnosis of patients was 67.8 percent. According to the identified result of serum typing during the period of convalescence, the percentage of the patients was 60.91 in Apodemus mode (I) and 32.51 in Mus mode (II), however, 6.58 percent patients were not identified the epidemiological mode. The ratio of silent infection was 3.58 percent in the crowd of health. Conclusion:Apodemus mode (I) was the primary type in the mixed epidemic area of HFRS in Zhejiang province. It need to be controlled in the future, because this area had high ratios in the density of mouse and carried virus.[
