| 摘 要： | 和，作为我国历史文化之特征，古代先哲之信仰，它是一种崇高的人格理想，是中华民族的传统美德。“和”的思想为现代文明提供了一个博大精深的思想境界。太和医院以“和”文化为载体，将传统文化与现代文明相融合，培养出了新兴的医院文化，成为员工的精神和动力，促进了和谐医院建设。

| Abstract: | As one of the traditional Chinese virtues, harmony has long been canonizing by Chinese ancestors and it also provides some penetrating and useful ideas for modem culture. Based on the thought and conception of harmony in both traditional and modem culture, our hospital has built up a new hospital culture which plays a positive role in motivating our staff and promoting the harmonious development of our hospital. |
