经尿道前列腺电气化术出血并发症5例临床分析

目的　分析经尿道前列腺电气化术术中、术后出血并发症原因及防治。方法　对 5例经尿道前列腺电气化术术中、术后出血患者临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果　经尿道前列腺电气化术术中出血主要原因是 :静脉窦出血、动静脉出血、特殊部位出血。术后出血主要原因是 :三腔气囊导尿管使用不当或水囊压迫不良、或水囊滑入前列腺窝内、切断小动脉再度出血。结论　经尿道前列腺电气化术技术要求高 ,术中电切组织要解剖清楚 ,尽量避免切破包膜 ,术后气囊导尿管安置位置准确可靠 ,应在膀胱内而不能滑入前列腺窝

Hemorrhagic complications of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate:A clinical analysis of 5 cases

Objective To analyze the causes of hemorrhagic complications of transurethral electrovaporization of the prostate(TVP) in operation and after operation so as to prevent them.Methods The experience of TVP being performed in 5 cases with hemorrhage in operation was reviewed retrospectively.Results The main causes of hemorrhage of TVP in operation included bleeding of venous sinus,atreriovenous bleeding,and bleeding at special sites,while the main causes of hemorrhage after operation included using three cavity gasbag catheter improperly,waterbag oppressing badly,gasbag slipping into prostate fossa and bleeding again due to amputated arterioles.Conclusion TVP requests high qualitative techniques,clarifying the anatomy,making effort to avoid injuring the capsule and putting the gasbag exactly in the urinary bladder instead of prostate fossa.
