摘    要:目的:建立中药材熟地的鉴定新分析方法。方法:采用粉末X射线衍射Fourier谱鉴定法。结果:通过对4个熟地及1个生地中药材进行实验、分析,获得了熟地的标准X射线衍射Foureir图谱及特征标记峰值。结论:实验结果表明X射线衍射Fourier谱鉴定法可用于中药材熟地的鉴定。

Abstract:Objective:To develop a new identification and analysis method of Chinese medicinal materia Radix Rehmanniae Preparata. Methods:Powder X-ray Diffraction Fourier Pattern. Results: Experiments and analysis were carried out on five samples.The standard X-ray diffraction Fourier Pattern and characteristic diffraction peaks of Radix Rehmanniae Preparata were obtained. Conclusion: This method can be used for identification on Chinese medicinal materia Radix Rehmanniae Preparata.
