| 摘 要： | 目的探讨肺炎性假瘤的特点及其外科处理。方法回顾分析16例肺炎性假瘤病例的特点，从而找出其与肺癌等的不同点及相同点，总结外科处理的经验。结果肺炎性假瘤患者80％以上无症状，X线和CT表现缺乏特异性，易与肺癌相混淆，肿瘤核素显像对鉴别诊断有一定帮助。结论对于肺部不明性质的肿块宜手术切除。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical treatment of pulmonary inflammatory pseudotumor(PIP). Methods The characteristics and X-ray findings of 16 cases of PIP were analyzed. Results 80% patients suffered from PIP did not have symptom. there is little specifity in X-ray or CT, and it is possible to confuse with malignant tumor of the lung. Nuclear image is helpful for differentiation. Conclusion Surgical treatment under the video assistant thoracoscope can be done in most cases with lung cancer. |
