氟康唑联合二性霉素B治疗真菌性角膜炎临床研究

目的　观察氟康唑联合二性霉素B治疗真菌性角膜炎的临床疗效。方法　选择真菌性角膜炎病人 85例 ,采用随机的方法分为治疗组和对照组在常规治疗基础上 ,治疗组应用氟康唑与二性霉素B联合治疗 ,对照组仅用氟康唑治疗 ,4周后观察其临床效果 ,所获数据经 χ2 检验。结果　治疗组总有效率 91.7%。对照组总有效率 70 .3% ,两组结果对比差异性显著 (P <0 .0 1)。结论　氟康唑联合二性霉素B治疗真菌性角膜炎效果明显 ,值得推广

A Clinical study on treatment of mycotic Keratitis by Fluconazole and Amphotericin B

Objective To Study the clinical effect to mycotic keratitis with fluconazole and amphotericin B. Methods 85 patients were randomly divided into the therapeutic group and the control group .The therapeutic group was treated with fluconazole and amphtericin B and the control group was only treated with fluconazole.The result and the clinical data were analyzed after 4 weeks.Results The effective rate of the therapeutic group was 91.7%.Wile the control group was 70.3%.The difference was significant (P<0.01).Couclusion The therapeutic effect of fluconazole and amphotericin B was significantly superior to fluconazole in patients with mycotic keratitis.
