川芎提取工艺的研究

摘    要:目的:优选川芎的提取方法和最佳工艺条件。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,以阿魏酸为检测指标,考察不同提取方法对其含量的影响;采用均匀试验设计进行提取工艺条件优选。结果:超临界CO2萃取法提取阿魏酸得率最高,最佳提取条件为:萃取压力45MPa,萃取温度55℃,解析压力6MPa,夹带剂为150%药材量的乙醇(mL.g-1),动态萃取3.5h。结论:优选工艺提取率高,合理,可行。

Abstract:Objective:To optimize the extraction technology of ferulic acid in Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort.Methods:Using the content of ferulic acid as the index,to study the factors that affected the different extraction and optimize the best method of extraction.Results:The method of Supercritical CO2 extraction(SFE) shares the highest extraction ratio and the best SFE conclusions were as follows: cosolvent was 150% ethanol(mL·g-1),extracting pressure was 45MPa,extracting temperature was 55 ℃,pressure of resolution was 6 MPa,extracting time was 3.5h.Conclusion: The optimum extraction is reasonable and practicable,for it is has high extraction ratio.
