CD8和CD10在宫颈癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞中的表达及意义

目的研究宫颈癌肿瘤浸润淋巴细胞(tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte,TIL)CD8、CD10的表达,分析其与宫颈癌临床病理特征及预后的关系,探讨影响宫颈癌患者预后的因素。方法收集所选患者完整的临床和病理资料,采用免疫组织化学染色法检测宫颈癌TIL CD8、CD10的表达情况。结果 (1)CD8在宫颈癌TIL中的表达随患者年龄的增加、临床病理分期的进展和淋巴结转移的出现而减弱(P<0.05);(2)CD10在宫颈癌TIL中的表达水平较低,且其表达与宫颈癌的临床病理特征及预后无明显相关性(P>0.05);(3)影响宫颈癌预后的因素为年龄、临床分期、CD8表达水平、有无淋巴结转移等,而与肿瘤的组织学类型无关;(4)CD8可作为宫颈癌预后的独立影响因素,且与CD10表达水平的改变不具有一致性(P>0.05)。结论宫颈癌TIL CD8的表达与患者手术时的年龄、临床病理分期及有无淋巴结转移相关,可作为宫颈癌预后的独立影响因素,但与CD10的表达无明显相关性。

Expression and significance of CD8 and CD10 in tumor infiltrating lymphocyte of cervical carcinoma

Objective To study the expression of CD8 and CD10 in tumor infiltrating lymphocytes(TIL) of cervical cancer,and to analyze their association with clinical pathologic features and clinical outcomes for finding out the factors influencing prognosis.Methods The whole clinical and pathology data in the selected patients were collected.The expression of CD8 and CD10 in TIL was detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC),their correlation with various clinicopathologic parameters and influence factors were analyzed.Results(1)The expression level of CD8 was correlated with age,clinical stage and lymph node metastases(P<0.05).(2)The expression level of CD10 in TIL was low,and was not correlated with cervical carcinoma’s clinicopathologic parameters and clinical outcome(P>0.05).(3)The age,clinical stage,CD8 expression level and lymph node metastases all were the influence factors of clinical outcomes(P<0.05),except type(P>0.05).(4)The expression level of CD8 was not consistent with CD10,and CD8 could be an independent factor of clinical outcome(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression level of CD8 is correlated with age,clinical stage and lymph node metastases,and also could be an independent factor of clinical outcome,but has no correlation with CD10.
