心理健康测查表对某些精神疾病的测试分析

目的：研究心理健康测查表（psychological health inventory,PHI)在精神科临床中的适用性。方法：采用宋维真等编制修订的PHI问卷，对325例精神分裂症、躁狂症及抑郁症患者进行测查，并以全国常模作对照分析。结果：各组患者PHI的绝大多数量表原始分均明显高于常模组；精神分裂症、躁狂症及抑郁症各组PHI测图结果与临床诊断基本符合率分别为67．00％、71．74％、93．98％。结论：PHI及其常模对精神正常与否具有较高的鉴别力，对抑郁症的临床辅助诊断更具参考价值，但就精神分裂症与躁狂症两组间的测图结果分辨力欠佳，有待于进一步探讨。

An analysis of PHI test on schizophrenia and affective disorders

Objective:To study the suitability of PHI in psychiatric clinic. Method: 325 patients with schizophrenia, mania or depression were investigated with PHI questionaire revised by Song Weizheng, et al. and compared with the national normal model. Results: The original grade of PHI in the majority scale was obviously higher in patients groups than in the normal controls. The coincidence of the results of PHI with the clinical diagnoses of schizophrenia, mania and depression were 67 00%,71 74% and 93 98% respectively.Conclusion:PHI and its normal model has a strong power to differentiate between normal and abnormal psychology, it has more reference value in the clinical diagnosis of depression. However, PHI has poor ability to differentiate between schizophrenia and depression, which needs further research.
