Fuchs综合征并发白内障手术后发性白内障临床观察

目的:观察Fuchs综合征并发白内障手术治疗的效果,其后发性白内障的发生率及抑制后发性白内障发生的办法。方法:回顾性收集Fuchs综合征并发白内障手术患者57例,根据术中是否使用后囊抛光技术分为两组,第1组未使用后囊抛光;第2组使用后囊抛光。术后观察患者视力和术后反应,对患者的后囊混浊情况进行评分,比较后发性白内障的发生率。结果:两组患者术后炎症反应均较重,但视力恢复良好,所有患者术后6mo矫正视力均>0.6。术后1a,后发性白内障发生率第1组为4%,第2组为3%,二者比较无统计学差异。术后第2a后发性白内障发生率第1组为48%,第2组为19%,二者比例的差别有统计学意义。结论:白内障手术是治疗Fuchs综合征并发白内障,恢复患者视力的治疗方法,但后发性白内障发生率较高,使用后囊抛光技术能有效抑制后发性白内障的发生率。

Clinical observation on after-cataract after surgical treatment for Fuchs syndrome combined with cataract

AIM:To evaluate the effect of surgical treatment for Fuchs syndrome combined with cataract and the prevention of after-cataract. ·METHODS:Fifty-seven cases ( 57 eyes ) with Fuchs syndrome combined with cataract received cataract extraction with IOL implantation. All cases were divided into two groups. The cases in the first group were not managed. But in the other group were managed. The visual acuity and inflammatory reaction was observed after surgery. The density of posterior capsular opacification was assessed after surgery. ·RESULTS:All cases had intensive inflammatory reaction in earlier stage after surgery. 6 months after surgery the corrected visual acuity of all cases was better than 0.6. The incidence of after-cataract was 3% in posterior capsule polishing group and 4% in the other group 1 year after surgery. The incidence was not statistical different between two groups. The incidence of after-cataract was 19% in posterior capsule polishing group and 48% in the other group at two years after surgery. The incidence was statistical different between two groups. ·CONCLUSION:The surgical treatment of Fuchs syndrome combined with cataract was effective for recovering visual acuity. The incidence of after-cataract was higher. Posterior capsule polishing can reduce the incidence of after-cataract.
