风湿热痹证从肝脾论治

根据中医理论结合临床经验，认为肝脾失调可导致风湿热痹的发生，情志因素可影响病情的发展，其主要病机为痰瘀阻络。提出疏肝清热、健脾除湿或平肝熄风、清热化湿，佐以活血化痰通络法治之。并附临床验案一则。

Treating Wind-Dampness-Heat Bi-Syndrome from Liver and Spleen

On the basis of Chinese medical theory and clinical practice,it is believed that the wind dampness heat Bi syndrome may be caused by the disharmony between the liver and spleen and influenced by emotional factors.Its pathogenesis was phlegm and blood stasis accumulation in collaterals Thus,it should be treated by discharging liver and clearing heat,nourishing spleen and vemoving dampness,or claming liver and extinguishing wind,clearing heat and resolve dampness,and activating blood,resolving phlegm and dredging collaterals.One case was listed.
