病毒性肝炎患者急腹症的外科治疗

目的　探讨病毒性肝炎患者急腹症的外科处理特点。方法　收集近年来收治 2 5例患者的临床资料 ,对诊断、治疗方式和效果进行分析评价。结果　本组 2 5例中 ,手术治疗 17例 ,保守治疗 8例。死于肝功能衰竭 5例、中毒性休克 1例 ,病死率 2 4 % (6 / 2 5 ) ;其余 19例治愈。结论　应慎重把握手术指征与肝功能评估 ,在病情允许的情况下 ,尽量争取做到对原发灶的彻底清除 ;预后取决于患者的肝功能代偿能力

Surgical treatment of acute abdomen associated with viral hepatitis

Objective To explore the clinical characteristics of surgical treatment in the patients with acute abdomen associated with viral hepatitis. Methods A retrospective analysis of diagnosis, therapy and effect was made in 25 cases recently.Results Among the 25 cases, 17 received surgical operation and 8 conservative treatment. Five cases died of hepatic failure and one infective shock with the overall mortality being 24% (6/25). Nineteen cases were cured. Conclusions Operative indication and hepatic function should be evaluated cautiously before operation. Under the possible condition, a radical operation is probably the best for patients. Prognosis depends on hepatic functional reserve of the patients
