高原低氧环境家兔睾丸间质细胞的电镜观察

本文应用电镜技术研究了家兔移饲高原四周后睾丸间质细胞的超微结构。观察结果发现,间质细胞内滑面内质网极大丰富,局部略有扩张。线粒体稍有肿胀,嵴间距增宽,嵴断裂、稀少。线粒体基质电子密度低。高尔基复合体增多。有的间质细胞正处于分泌过程中,还可见间质细胞核膜局部增厚,核膜间隙增宽。常见有脂褐素颗粒。

THE ULTRASTRUOTURE OF THE INTERSTITIAL CELL IN THE RABHIT TESTIS AT HIGH ALTITUDE HYPOXIA

In this article, the ultrastructure of the interstitial cells in the rabbit testis were researched with electric microscopy. The observations we have done showed that after the animals lived at high plateau (altitude 3.700m) for four weeks,the smooth endoplasmic reticulums of the cell increased in number and partially swelled. The mitochdria of the cell extended and the electric density of the matrix was deep. The interspace of the cristae in each mitochdriun became wider and the figure of the broken cristae were found often. The number of the cristae descendedbut the Golgi complex' were increased. The membran of the nucleus of the cell became thick in part and the interspace of the membrane was extended than usually be. The progress of the cellular secietion was be seen and pigment granules were be found in the cytoplasm also. The discussion about the changes of the cells is in the final.
