藏药药浴对类风湿性关节炎的免疫调整作用的研究

本文研究了藏药浴前后类风湿性关节炎(RA)的免疫功能变化。RA患者藏药浴前类风湿因子(RF)滴度,免疫球蛋白(Ig)G.M.A及CD_4细胞水平较高,但CD_8细胞水平却显著低下。临床资料表明,藏药浴对RA的有效率达94.3％。为了阐明藏药浴治疗RA的机理,我们测定了藏药浴前后的RF滴度;Ig水平;补体C_3;_3H—TdR掺入淋巴细胞转化及CD_8.CD_4.CD_8细胞水平。结果表明:藏药浴后RF滴度下降和转阴者共达70.6%;Ig水平显著降低;CD_4细胞数下降而CD_8细胞水平上升;_3H—TdR淋巴细胞转化刺激指数(SI)明显下降。这提示,RA患者未经藏药浴处理时,其淋巴细胞培养上清液中可能有高浓度的白细胞介素—2促进因子(IL_2—EF)。我们认为藏药浴可通过提高RA的CD_8细胞和降低CD_4细胞水平而达到对该病的免疫调整作用。

THE IMMUNOMODULATIMG EFFECTS OF TIBETAN MEDICINAL BATHING ON RHEUMATOIO ARTHRITIS

In present paper, Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) was studied before and after treated with Tibetan Medicinal Bathing(TMB) , RA patients showed a high level of Rheumatoid factor (RF), Immunoglubulin (Ig) G, M, A, and CD_4 cells, but a low level of CD_8 cells before TMB treated. Clinical data showed that the efficacious rate of TMB on RA patients, the RF title, Ig level, Complement 3 (C_3) , ~3H-TdR incorpration of lymphocytes and CD_3,CD_4,CD_8,level was detected. Results showed that the RF title reduced, and becoming negative in 70.6%of RA patients;Ig level also significantly re'duced CD_4 cells reduced and CD_8 cells increased relatively after TMB compared with control groups. As for ~3H-TdR incorpration, the stimulation index (SI) was obviously reduc- ed after TMB. It suggested that there was a higher concentration of Interleukin 2 enhancing factor (IL2-EF) involving in lymphocyte culture of RA patients. The results metioned above suggested that the TMB showed a immunomodulating effects on RA patients through increasing the level of CD_8 cells and reducing CD_4 cells.
