| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨无创机械通气治疗重叠综合征(OS)的价值。方法:对30例重叠综合征患者在给予常规药物治疗的同时,给予无创机械通气治疗,观察治疗前后意识、动脉血气分析、PSG监测结果的改善情况。结果:除2例患者改用有创机械通气外,余28例患者治疗后动脉血气分析、PSG监测结果明显好转。结论:无创机械通气治疗(OS)疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the potential advantage of noninvasive mask ventilation in treatment of overlap syndrome.Methods:Along with the routine drug therapy and noninvasive mask ventilation the changes of blood gas were analysed,and the consciousness and night polysomonography were observed before and after the treatment.Results:The results of blood gas analysis and polysomonography of twenty eight patients showed the obvious improvement of their condition after treatment,only two patients were treated instead by sequent invasive echanical ventilation.Conclusion:Noninvasive mask ventilation is of definite value in treating overlap sindrome. |
