| 摘 要： | 目的通过动物实验，观察所制备的装载钆喷酸葡胺脂质体的肺靶向性。方法1）制备装载GD—DTPA的多室脂质体（DePoGd）。2）经尾静脉给药对照研究，观察DePoGd的肺靶向性；3）准备带翼状视窗的小鼠，经左心给药，观察脂质体在血管内的流动和脏器分布；4）分别经小鼠尾静脉和肠系膜上静脉给药．对照观察肺脏和肝脏的靶向性。结果成功制备了装载GD—DTPA的多室脂质体（DepoGD）。三次实验提示，通过不同的给药途径，多室脂质体能够在肺及肝脏的毛细血管床内滞留。结论钆喷酸葡胺脂质体通过小鼠尾静脉给药，具有肺脏靶向性。 |
