| 摘 要： | 目的 研究粘蛋白MUC2在胃癌发生过程中的作用及其与临床病理参数之间的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学SP法检测正常胃粘膜、肠化生胃粘膜以及胃癌组织中MUC2蛋白的表达。结果 正常胃粘膜中粘蛋白MUC2无阳性表达 ,而肠化生胃粘膜和癌组织MUC2阳性率分别为 2 9.7%和 5 1.4% ,癌组织MUC2阳性率显著高于癌旁粘膜和正常粘膜 (P <0 .0 1)。胃癌组织中MUC2蛋白的表达与胃癌的组织学类型、淋巴结转移和病理分期无关 (P >0 .0 5 ) ,但和Lauren分型密切相关 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 MUC2基因上调表达参与了胃粘膜的癌变过程 ,胃癌中MUC2的表达与Lauren分型有关

| Abstract: | Objective To study the expression of MUC2 in human gastric carcinoma and relationship with clinicopathological parameters. Methods Using S P immunohistochemical technique to detect mucin MUC2 in normal gastric mucosa,intestinal metaplasia and cancer tissue. Results The positive rate of MUC2 in normal mucosa was 0,and the positive rates of MUC2 in intestinal metaplasia and cancer tissue were 29.7% and 51.4% respectively,The rate of MUC2 in cancer tissue was higher than that in normal and intestinal metaplasia (P<0.01). The expression rate of MUC2 in cancer tissue was not related to histologic type,lymph node metastasis and pathological stage (P>0.05),but related to Lauren type(P<0.01). Conclusion MUC2 gene expression markedly increases in gastric cancer. MUC2 expression is associated with Lauren's type of gastric cancer. |
