| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨外伤性脾破裂患者行腹腔镜保留脾脏手术的临床效果。方法:回顾分析为38例脾破裂患者施行腹腔镜保脾手术的临床资料。结果:32例保脾手术获得成功,6例行开腹脾切除术。结论:腹腔镜保留脾脏手术适用于Ⅰ、Ⅱ级脾损伤患者。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of laparoscopic spleen-preserving operation for patients with traumatic splenic rupture.Methods:Clinical data of thirty-eight cases traumatic spleen rupture treated by laparoscopic spleen-preserving operation were retrospectively analyzed.Results:Thirty-two cases were successful,6 cases underwent open splenectomy.Conclusions:Laparoscopic spleen-preserving operation is feasible for cases with gradeⅠ or Ⅱ splenic rupture. |
