贵州仫佬族5项人类群体遗传学特征研究

摘    要:目的:了解贵州仫佬族人类群体遗传学特征的分布情况.方法:采用整群随机抽样方法,对贵州342名仫佬族(男性156,女性186)的叠舌、卷舌、前额发际、发旋、耵聍等5项群体遗传学特征进行调查.结果:贵州仫佬族叠舌、卷舌、前额发际、发旋、耵聍的显性性状出现率分别为24.6%、31.0%、38.0%、65.8%、12.9%.其中,男性分别为31.4%、25.0%、60.9%、62.2%、10.9%,女性分别为18.8%、36%、18.8%、68.8%、14.5%.结论:贵州仫佬族叠舌、卷舌、前额发际、发旋、耵聍等5项群体遗传学特征分布存在性别差异,且特征间相关性不大.

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the distribution of genetic characters of Mulan nationality in Guizhou. Methods: Clusters were randomly selected from six Zhai in Jidong village, Majiang county in Guizhou. There were 342 Mulan people ( 156 male and 186 female) included in the study. Five genetic char- acters were investigated, including curly top of tongue, curly sides of tongue, front form of hair, hair whirl, and cerumen. Results: The rates of dominant characters of the curly top of tongue, curly sides of tongue, front form of hair, hair whirl and cerumen, were 24. 6%, 31. 0%, 38. 0%, 65. 8%, and 12. 9% , re- spectively. For male participants, these rates were 31. 4%, 25. 0%, 60. 9%, 62. 2%, and 10. 9% ; for female participants, these rates were 18. 8%, 36. 0%, 18. 8%, 68. 8%, and lg. 5%, respective- ly. Conclusions: There were differences in the five genetic characters between man and women. There seems not much correlations among these characters.
