| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨磁性阳离子纳米脂质体的制备方法及其性能特征.方法 采用薄膜分散法制备磁性阳离子纳米脂质体,并且对其形貌、粒径、磁场响应性、细胞毒性进行表征.结果 薄膜分散法制备磁性阳离子纳米脂质体方法简单易行,制备的磁性阳离子纳米脂质体的形貌呈球形,平均粒径为98 nm;且具有超顺磁性,在水溶液中的磁场响应性能良好;MTT实验表明磁性阳离子纳米脂质体是毒性较小的基因转染载体.结论 薄膜分散法制备的磁性阳离子纳米脂质体粒径小、分布均匀、细胞毒性小,将可作为肝癌基因治疗一种理想的非病毒转染栽体.
