老年胆道手术181例治疗体会

目的:探讨老年人胆道手术期间的治疗方法.方法:回顾分析 1998年 1月～ 2003年 12月收治的 181例老年胆道手 术病例.结果:治愈 178例,死亡 3例.2例死于术后多器官系统衰竭( MSOF), 1例死于心血管意外.切口感染 9例, 肺部感染 7例,应激性溃疡 2例,尿路感染 2例,膈下脓肿 1例,褥疮 1例,均经临床治愈.结论:正确进行围手术期 治疗和手术处理是治疗老年胆道疾病、减小并发症、降低病死率的关键.

Experience of treating 181 cases of the biliary operation of the aged

Objective To explore the therapy of the biliary operation of the aged. Methods To retrospectively analyze the 181 cases of the biliary operatipn of the aged from January, 1998 to December, 2003.Results Among the 181 men, 178 were cured, three died, including two deaths of MSOF after operation and one death of the disease of blood vessel of heart and brain. Among the cases of the cured there are nine cases of incision infection, seven cases of lung infection, two cases of streath ulcer, two cases of urethra infection and one case of diaphragm asscess. Conclusion Correct treatment and operation of peri- operation are the key to cure the biliary disease of the aged and reduce the complication so as to bring down the death rate.
