目的 总结龟型分枝杆菌伤口感染的临床治疗经验。方法 回顾性分析168例龟型分枝杆菌所致大规模伤口感染的治疗经过和治疗效果。结果 全身应用抗生素的基础上，结合外科手术的方法进行综合治疗。其中117例伤口感染较重者，常规外科换药不能愈合，在B超引导下行病灶清除术。168例龟型分枝杆菌伤口感染的病人全部治愈。结论 对龟型分枝杆菌感染伤口采用全身药物治疗结合外科手术局部处理的综合治疗，可取得满意的疗效。

Experience of treatment for a postoperative wound infection outbreak of M.chelonae

Objective To sum up the experience of the treatment for a postoperative wound infection outbreak of M.chelonae which was by far the largest one in the world,and explore the therapy for wound infection caused by M.chelonae.Methods The treatment for 168 patients with wound infection of M.chelonae was analyzed retrospectively.Results Systemically using of antibiotics combined surgical operation was selected for such wound infection.117 patients that could not heal by common surgical dressing change were successfully cured by ultrasonically guided local lesion clearance.All the 168 patients recovered successfully by the comprehensive treatment.Conclusion The comprehensive treatment combined systemically drug using and surgical therapy for M.chelonae infected wound can have satisfactory effect.
