三七花总皂苷对动脉粥样硬化模型大鼠血脂 及血液流变学影响

摘    要:目的: 探讨三七花总皂苷对动脉粥样硬化(AS)大鼠血脂、血液流变学的影响。 方法: 采用维生素D高脂饲料法复制动脉粥样硬化大鼠模型,观察三七花总皂苷对动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂、血液流变学指标的影响。 结果: 三七花总皂苷可显著降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL),升高高密度脂蛋白(HDL)(P<0.05);显著降低动脉粥样硬化大鼠全血黏度(高、中、低切),血浆黏度,红细胞压积(P<0.05)。 结论: 三七花总皂苷可改善动脉粥样硬化大鼠血脂水平和血液流变学,对动脉粥样硬化具有一定的防治作用。

Abstract:Objective: To observe the effect of total saponins of flos Notoginseng on blood lipid and hemorheology in atherosclerosis rats. Method: The AS model of rat was made by freeing high grease food,and the level of serum lipid and blood rheology were teste. Result: Total Saponins of Flos Notoginseng could obviously lower TG,TC,LDL and blood viscosity,and increased HDL.It could improve the degree of hepaticsteatosis and hepatocellular necrosis of rat. Conclusion: Total Saponins of Flos Notoginseng can adjust fatty substance metabolism and lower blood lipid and improve hemorrheology of atherosclerosis rats,and has therapentic effect for atherosclerosis.
