摘    要:目的 探讨前列腺炎膀胱功能异常的神经机制。方法 持续阈下电刺激大鼠前列腺前后记录膀胱的肌电活动变化。结果 电刺激前列腺,在膀胱肌层可记录到较稳定的波形呈慢波的肌电活动波,膀胱肌电活动波呈先兴奋后抑制和直接抑制两种现象。结论 前列腺与膀胱间存在神经反射,可能为脊髓固有的神经反射,通过此反射前列腺炎时可以引起膀胱功能改变,但仍需深入研究。

Abstract:Objective To elucidate the neurological mechanism of the abnormal urinary bladder functions induced by the prostatitis. Methods The bladder myoelectrical activities were simultaneously recorded when the prostate was electrically stimulated under-threshold in persistence. Results The stable myoelectrical wave could be recorded in the bladder wall when the prostate was stimulated by the electricity in rats. The waveform has shapes typical of slow wave. The myoelectrical wave of urinary bladder manifested the excitation-inhibition or direct inhibi- tion. Conclusion This study had confirmed the nocuous stimulus to the prostate in prostatitis ought cause the bladder functions changed in rats by the neural reflex each other of them,the reflex was an intrinsic viscero-visceral one in spinal cord,but it would be a long way to go and much more work need to be done to the study.
