血吸虫微小RNA及其研究进展

摘    要:血吸虫也称裂体吸虫,可致血吸虫病。血吸虫寄生于脊椎动物体内,而其幼虫在中间宿主螺体内发育。血吸虫体内存在众多微小RNA(micro RNA),参与调控自身生长发育以及与宿主间的相互作用。本文从血吸虫micro RNA的发现与鉴定、血吸虫micro RNA在不同发育阶段、不同性别及不同宿主中的差异表达以及血吸虫micro RNA潜在的应用价值等方面作一概述。

Abstract:Schistosomes,also known as blood flukes,cause schistosomiasis in people and animals.The adult trematodes are obligate parasites in many vertebrates while their larvae must develop in an intermediate snail host.Recently a large number of microRNA have been identified from this parasite and accumulating evidence suggested that Schistosoma microRNAs could play critical roles in regulating growth and development of the parasite and host-parasite interaction.Here,we will review the recent advances in following aspects:identification of Schistosoma microRNAs,different expression of Schistosoma microRNAs in distinct developmental stages,genders and hosts,as well as the potential application of Schistosoma microRNAs.
