云南省红河州蒙自市蚊类群落初步研究

摘    要:目的掌握蒙自市城区及市郊蚊类群落组成及其特征,为虫媒传播疾病防控提供科学依据。方法采用灯诱法调查成蚊,计算密度,同时调查伊蚊幼虫孳生容器,计算布雷图指数。结果捕获成蚊2属3种共21 799只。5个调查点成蚊平均密度为22.24只/(盏·夜)。包括流行性乙型脑炎主要传播媒介三带喙库蚊9 816只,占45.03%,但优势种为致倦库蚊10 860只,占49.82%。幼虫调查在轮胎收购点等特殊场所发现登革热传播媒介白纹伊蚊,布雷图指数(BI)0.04。结论蒙自市区蚊种少,但成蚊密度高,发现有流行性乙型脑炎和登革热传播媒介,应持续开展媒介监测。

Abstract:Objective To know mosquito species composition and its community characteristics so as to provide evidences for vector-borne disease prevention and control in Mengzi City.Methods Adult mosquitoes were collected by using light traps and their density was calculated.Breeding containers were investigated for the larva ofAedes spp,and then the Breteau index (BI) was calculated.Results A total of 21 799 mosquitoes,including three species and two genus,were collected.Those included 9 816 Culex tritaeniorhynchus (45.03%),a vector of Japanese encephalitis.However,the dominant species was Culex pipiens with 10 860 (49.82%).The larva of Aedes albopictu,a vector of dengue fever,was also found at tire recycle collection sites with BI of 0.04.Conclusion Only three mosquito species are found,but the densities of adult mosquitoes are high in Mengzi City.Those are vectors for Japanese encephalitis and dengue fever.Therefore,the vector surveillance should be conducted continuously.
