绵阳市离异/丧偶男男性行为者人口学及性行为特征分析

目的了解绵阳市离异/丧偶男男性行为者(MSM)现状,分析其人口学相关信息与性行为特征。方法 2015年3—10月,以绵阳市9个县(市、区)MSM为对象,在MSM活动的固定场所开展调查,在知情同意下,用滚雪球抽样法招募调查对象,采用自填式行为学调查问卷收集相关信息,同时采集静脉血做HIV抗体和梅毒感染血清学检测。结果共完成合格问卷调查1 271人,年龄中位数24岁,离异/丧偶38人(3.0%)。离异/丧偶MSM艾滋病病毒(HIV)感染率为13.2%,高于其他婚姻状况(5.5%),差异有统计学意义(P=0.046)。多因素分析结果:年龄35岁~、年龄≥40岁、近6月肛交数2人、近6月肛交无保护性者离异/丧偶发生的可能性较高,大专及以上文化较低(P均0.05)。结论离异/丧偶MSM年龄较大、文化程度较低,艾滋病高危行为明显,HIV感染和传播风险较大。

Analysis of demography and sexual behaviors among divorced/widowed MSM in Mianyang

Objective To understand the demographic information and sexual status of the divorced/widowed men who have sex with men (MSM) in Mianyang City,and analyze the relationship between demographic information and sexual behaviors.Methods From March to October,2015,MSM in 9 counties (cities,districts) of Mianyang City were investigated with self-administered questionnaires,while their venous blood samples were collected for HIV antibody detections.Results There were 1 271 qualified questionnaires.The median age of MSM was 24 years.There were 38 divorced/widowed MSM (3.0％),and among them the HIV infection rate was 13.2％,which was higher than that among other marital status (5.5％)(P=0.046).The multivariate analysis showed that 35-39 years' age group,≥40 years' age group,MSM with anal sex numbers ＞ 2 during the period of nearly 6 months,MSM with anal sex without protection during the period of nearly 6 months had a higher divorced/widowed possibility,but MSM with college degree or above had lower divorced/widowed possibility (all P ＜0.05).Conclusion The elder divorced/widowed MSM and MSM with higher educational level had high-risk behavior of AIDS,which is a high risk of HIV infection and spread.
