宁夏鼠形动物携带巴尔通体状况的调查

摘    要:目的调查宁夏鼠形动物体内巴尔通体的携带及自然感染情况,为宁夏鼠传疾病的预防和控制提供参考。方法选择不同地区和生境,采用鼠夹法捕获鼠类,进行分类鉴定,解剖鼠类,无菌采集肝脾组织,进行巴尔通体的枸橼酸合酶基因(glt A)379 bp片段扩增和菌体培养。结果从兴庆区、平罗、灵武、西吉、原州、泾原县共捕获鼠类243只19种,其中9种自然感染巴尔通体,分离出巴尔通体63株,鼠类感染巴尔通体的阳性率为25.93%。其中野栖鼠类:朝鲜姬鼠感染率为41.67%,黑线姬鼠感染率为35.56%,子午沙鼠感染率为34.62%,三趾跳鼠感染率为30.00%,长尾仓鼠感染率为25.00%,阿拉善黄鼠自然感染率为23.80%,长爪沙鼠感染率为20.00%,洮州绒平感染率为13.64%,五趾跳鼠感染率为11.11%。但农田环境的鼠类自然感染率均为零。结论宁夏鼠形动物中携带有致病性的巴尔通体,野栖鼠类自然感染率较高。人群与外环境的鼠类接触存在感染发病的风险。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the prevalence of Bartonella species in rat-shape animal hosts in Ningxia,so as to provide references for the prevention and control of rodent-borne diseases.Methods The night trap method was used to capture rodents in different habitats,and then the classification and identification of the rodents were performed.The rodents were dissected,and the liver and spleen tissues were extracted by using aseptic technique.The specific primers of Bartonella were used to amplify gene (gltA) 379 bp fragment and the bacterial culture was performed.Results A total of 243 rodents in 19 species were captured from Xingqing District,Pingluo County,Lingwu County,Xiji County,Yuanzhou,and Jingyuan County,including 9 species naturally infected with Bartonella.Sixty-three Bartonella strains were cultivated with a positive rate of 25.93%.The positive rates of the wild rodents were 41.67% in Apodemus peninsulae,35.56% in A.agrarius,34.62% in Meriones meridianus,30.00% in Dius sagitta,25.00% in Cricetulus longicaudatus,23.80% in Spermophilus alaschanicus,20.00% in M.unguiiculatus,13.64% in Caryomys eva and 11.11% in Allactaga sibirica.Concltusiorns This report provides the evidence of Bartonella natural infections of rodents in Ningxia,and the rate of wild rodents is higher.There is a risk of Bartonella infection if human population is in contact with the outside environment of rodents.
