恶性黑色素瘤血管生成拟态动物实验模型的建立及形态学观察

【目的】研究恶性黑色素瘤血管生成拟态动物模型建立方法以及血管生成拟态形态结构。【方法】将B16接种至C57纯系小鼠鼠鼷部，观察移植瘤组织内血管是否存在血管生成拟态并进行光镜下形态观察。【结果】C57小鼠体内出现移植瘤，肿瘤组织中具有血管生成拟态，肿瘤细胞构成管壁结构，这种结构中无内皮细胞存在，管腔中央还可见到红细胞。【结论】以B16接种到C57小鼠体内构建移植瘤是一种较好的研究血管生成拟态的方法。

Morphologic observation and animal experimental model of vasculogenic mimicry

ObjectiveThe animal models with vasculogenic mimicry were erected and study the morphologic structure of vasculogenic mimicry.B16 melanoma cell was incubated in the C57 and the vasculogenic mimicry would be verify to exist in the tumor tissue and the structure was clarified with microscopy.The melanoma appeared in the C57 and vasculogenic mimicry also appear in the melanoma.The wall of vasculogenic mimicry was composed of tumor cells without endoehelial cells and red blood cells lay in the channel of vasculogenic mimicry.[Conclusion]It was a good way to study the vasculogenic mimicry that B16 melanoma cell was incubated in C57.
