| 摘 要： | Thrombocytopenic purpura has been knownas an immunologic disorder.Previously we re-ported satisfactory effectiveness in the treatmentof this disease using Huoxue Huayu(活血化瘀)drugs,In order to better understand the thera-peutic mechanism,the present study was carriedout to investigate the effect of Huoxe Huayudrugs on platelet-associated IgG(PAIgG)in pa-tients with thrombocytopenic purpura.Significantreduction of PAIgG level was noted followingtherapy,indicating an immunosuppressive effectof Huoxue Huayu drugs |
