前列腺增生症术后排尿困难原因分析及治疗

目的为探讨前列腺切除术后出现排尿困难的原因,预防措施及处理方法.方法对前列腺切除术后出现排尿困难40例进行临床分析.结果腺体残留16例,尿道狭窄14例,膀胱结石7例,膀胱逼尿肌收缩无力3例.结论腺体残留及尿道狭窄是引起术后排尿困难的主要原因,其预防措施及处理方法应根据不同情况而决定.

Cause analysing and treatment for urinating hard after prostate in creasing operation

Objective: To explore the causes of urinating hard after prostate operation, and it's preventing measures or treatments. Methods: Perform clinical analysis of 40 cases who urinates hard after the resection of prostate. Results: 16 of them were glands remained; 14 of them had narrow urethras; 7 of them had stones in their bladders; 3 of them whose muscle lacks strength to press their urine. Conclusions: The main reasons for urinating hard after operation are glands remained and urethras narrowed, the precautions and the treatments depend on different situations.
