| 摘 要： | 目的观察使用杏丁注射液(银杏达莫注射液)对不同时期的糖尿病肾病血流动力学、尿蛋白和肾功的影响方法入选临床确诊糖尿病肾病患者其中Ⅲ期患者48例,Ⅳ期患者38例,随机分为治疗组46例和对照组40例。常规降血糖血压血脂治疗,治疗组每日静滴杏丁注射液20ml,连续4周。对照组每日静滴丹参注射液20ml,连续4周。检测两组治疗前后肾功能(Cr)24h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白、血脂(甘油三酯TG、胆固醇CH)及血液流变学指标。结果治疗组治疗后24h尿蛋白定量、尿微量白蛋白及血液流变学指标有明显改善(P<0.05),与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。对照组治疗前后无明显变化。结论杏丁注射液能有效改善糖尿病肾病患者的高粘高凝状态,且能降低蛋白尿。尤其治疗早期糖尿病肾病疗效显著,延缓糖尿病肾病进展,值得临床早期应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of xingding injection (ginkgo dipyridamole injection) on hemodynamics, urine protein and renal function of diabetic nephropathy in different periods.
