脑弥漫性轴索损伤的临床分析

目的探讨脑弥漫性轴索损伤临床诊断及治疗措施,以提高临床疗效。方法回顾性分析我科收治的116例脑弥漫性轴索损伤(DAI)患者的临床和影像学资料。结果本组患者死亡率为15.52%,并发硬膜下血肿、脑挫裂伤的DAI患者死亡率高,单纯DAI死亡率低。结论DAI的诊断要根据临床表现结合CT、MRI资料,治疗上宜采用综合治疗方式。

CLINICAL ANALYSIS OF DIFFUSE AXONAL INJURY

Objective To study the clinical diagnosis and the therapeutic methods of diffuse axonal injury in order to improve the clinical outcome. Method The clinical data and imaging finding of 116 cases with DM were analyzed retrospectively, who were admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital. Result The general mortality of this group was 15.52% ,the mortality of DAI associated with subdural hematoma, brain contusion and laceration was high, the mortality of simple DM was low. Conclusion The diagnosis of DM is mainly based on the clinical appearance and the imaging findings. Comprehensive treatment should be applied to the treatment of DAI.
