通络颗粒的药效学实验研究

目的：研究通络颗粒的药效学，为临床应用提供实验依据。方法：采用体外抑菌试验、大鼠子宫内放置异物致炎实验、大鼠棉球肉芽组织增生、小鼠扭体实验及高分子右旋糖苷导致小鼠微循环障碍等实验，观察通络颗粒的抑菌、抗炎、活血作用。结果：对金黄色葡萄球菌等6种细菌的生长，通络颗粒有不同程度的抑制作用；对大鼠子宫内放置异物、大鼠棉球肉芽肿形成等致炎实验表现出明显抗炎作用：对醋酸导致的小鼠扭体反应，表现出明显的抑制作用：能明显改善高分子右旋糖苷导致的微循环障碍。结论：通络颗粒具有明显的抑菌、抗炎、活血的作用。

Experimental study on pharmacodynamics of Tong Luo Granulae

Objective：To study the effect of Tong Luo Granulae and to provide experimental foundation for clinical application.Methods：Vitro bacteriostasis experiment,putting plastic tube in rat＇s uterus to make model of inflammation,cotton ball-induced granuloma experiment in rats,and mouse acetic acld-lnduced twisting experiment,the effect on mouse＇s microcirculation were carried out to observe the bacteriostasis,antiinflammation and promoting blood flow effects of Tong Luo Granulae.Results：Tong Luo Granulae had different degree of depressant effect on six kinds of bacteria including Staphyloccus aureus.Cotton ball-induced mouse granuloma in abdominal cavity was also markedly reduced by Tong Luo Granulae.The writhing times of mice induced by acetic acid were decreased by Tong Luo Granulae.Tong Luo Granulae could obviously increase mouse＇s blood flow rate.Conclusion：Tong Luo Granulae possess obvious bacteriostasis,anti-inflammation and promoting blood flow action.
