巴氏染色法在精子顶体研究中的应用

目的应用巴氏染色方法对临床上精子顶体区是否正常进行区分。方法分别对该研究所门诊111例精子标本进行巴氏染色后，每例标本在显微镜油镜下记数200个精子，观察顶体区。结果111例标本中，5例为无顶体圆头精子，23例为小顶体区精子，83例顸体区正常精子。结论巴氏染色法在临床上可对精子顸体区是否正常作出准确的判断。

Application of Papanicolaou stain in sperm acrosome zone research

To discriminate sperm acrosome zone between normal and abnormal in the clinic through Papanicolaou stain. 111 specimen of our out-patient department semen were first Papanicolaou stained respectively, then counted 200 sperms under oil objective for each specimen to observe the acrosome zone. In the 111 cases as mentioned above, 5 of them were observed to be non-acrosome and round head; 23 were small acrosome, 83 were normal. [Conclusion] Papanicolaou stain can discriminate sperm acrosome zone between normal and abnormal accurately in the clinic.
