摘    要:RT—PCR检测人甲状旁腺有无磷钠转运体Pit-1mRNA表达;高磷、膦甲酸钠(PFA)刺激体外培养的人甲状旁腺组织,观察PTH分泌量的变化。发现甲状旁腺表达Pit-1;高磷通过作用于Pit-1促进PTH分泌,而PFA抑制其分泌。

Abstract:RT-PCR was used to identify the expression of Na/P cotransporter Pit-1 in human parathyroid tissue. The change of PTH secretion was observed in parathyroid in vitro exposed to high concentration of phosphate and phosphonoformic acid (PFA). It was found that Pit-1 expressed in parathyroid tissue and high concentration of phosphate induced PTH secretion via Na/P cotransporter Pit-1, but PFA inhibited.
