非脱垂子宫阴式切除术80例分析

目的探讨非脱垂子宫阴式切除术的价值。方法2004年4月至2008年12月在我院对非脱垂子宫行阴式子宫切除术（TVH）80例，作为观察组，行腹子宫切除术（TAH）80例，作为对照组。对两种手术方式的时间、出血量以及手术后情况进行对照观察。结果TVH的时间为（62±20）min，TAH的时间为（65±18）min；TVH的出血量为（100±25）ml，TAH为（85±30）ml，两组相比，无显著差异（P〉0．05）。手术后肠功能恢复时间及手术后平均住院日分别为：TVH组（32±5）h，（5±2）d；TAH组（45±7）h，（9±2）d，两组相比，差异显著（P〈0．05）。结论非脱垂子宫行阴式切除术安全可靠、损伤小。

Clinical analysis of 80 cases with transvaginal hysterectomy of uterus without prolapse

Objective To assess the surgical management and efficacy of transvaginal hysterectomy （TVH） for non - prolapsed uterus. Methods Eighty cases of TVH as observation group and 80 cases of TAH as control group were carried out in this hospital during April 2004 to December 2008, then their operation time, amount of bleeding, and situation of patients after operation were observed and compared. Results The average operation time for TAH was （62 ± 20） min. and the time for TVH was （65 ± 18） min. The average amount of bleeding in TVH was 100 ± 25 ml, and the amount of bleeding in TAH was （85 ± 30）ml. The recovery time of intestine functions and average hospitalization time were as follows： TVH： （32 ±5）h and （5 ±2）d, TAH：（45 ±7）h and （9 ±2）d, P 〈0.05. Conclusion TVH is a good operative method with less damage, less discomfort, quicker recovery and fewer complications.
